My brief visit to the United Arab Emirates was one of the high points of last year for me (UAE). I travelled there for two reasons: one, to see one of my closest friends who had relocated to Dubai, and second, to take advantage of a layover. I had just returned from a lengthy vacation that took me through Morocco and Turkey, and because my flight back to Manila (Philippines) was connecting there, I made the decision to just take advantage of the situation and stay there for more than a week.
The Abu-Dhabi visa was most likely the easiest one we obtained. Even though it was costly, it was comparatively simple because a friend of ours in Dubai acted as a sponsor.
Yes, benefactor. You require a sponsor if you want to apply for an eAbu-Dhabi visa. It may be a friend, a family member, or a coworker. This will greatly simplify matters. If you don't know anyone there, you can be sponsored by a hotel, airline, or travel company.
We initially had a hard time understanding the procedure. There is just so much information available online, and because it serves different interests, different things are said. For instance, certain airlines operating out of the UAE also provide visa services, but only if you have tickets via them. Numerous hotels are permitted to process online Abu-Dhabi visa from India as well, however many of them demand that guests make hotel reservations through them (for obvious reasons).
Who requires a UAE visa?
I needed a 14-day visit visa in order to enter the UAE because I have a Philippine passport. However, not everyone requires a visa.
There is no need for a 30-day Abu-Dhabi visa if you are a citizen of one of the Gulf Cooperation Council's (GCC) member countries. Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar* are the six GCC members. Qatar is marked with an asterisk even though it is a member, as a result of the diplomatic rupture that started in June 2017 with the UAE and other members.
Visa-on-arrival is available free of charge for the citizens of the following countries:
EUROPE: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, UK, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria
ASIA: Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore

CATEGORIES OF UAE VISA
Depending on their purpose and length of stay, tourists to the UAE can select between three different types of 90 days Abu-Dhabi tourist single and Multiple entry tourist visas.
If you are visiting a member of your immediate family who lives in the UAE, you must get a visit visa (sponsor). The family member must earn at least AED 4,000 or AED 3,000 plus housing. It should be the sponsor who submits your application.
If you are traveling alone or are visiting a distant relative or friend, you must get a tourist visa. Although a multiple-entry visa is also offered, the standard single-entry visa allows you to stay for up to 30 days. It would be quicker and simpler if someone you know who lives in the UAE applied on your behalf. However, if you don't have any contacts, you can obtain an Abu-Dhabi visa agency. (More details are provided below.)
If you're visiting the UAE for at least 8 hours but no more than 4 days, you'll need a transit visa (including the arrival and departure days). This can also be planned in advance. Within 14 days of the date of issuance, this Abu-Dhabi visa agent may be utilised.
Here is a concise summary of each visa type's fees, the maximum number of days, and the validity. Additionally, I'm displaying a pricing range for each category. Depending on where you apply, rates.
The following papers must be submitted when applying different types of Abu-Dhabi visas. These are the fundamental prerequisites.
UAE VISA CONDITIONS
Your sponsor might include more. For instance, they would request travel tickets from Etihad Airways if you book your visa through them. If you make a reservation through a hotel, they may need you to book a room there as well.
Many travel firms don't require these extra requirements, but as I compared costs, I discovered that theirs was slightly more expensive. Some agencies also request airfare and hotel bookings, while others do not. We didn't submit these because the organisation where we applied didn't require them.
Anyway, the following paperwork is needed to apply for a UAE (Dubai) visa:
a clear scan of a passport (the bio page and the last page) must be valid for at least six months.
scanned passport-size image in colour. 4.3 x 5.5cm. a background of white. Your face must be visible on at least 80% of the screen.
filled out the application form. Typically, the sponsor (travel company, host) is the one who accomplishes this.
